    I work out every day,

    three or four hours minimum. I eat sensibly, mainly fish for the proteins and omega 3. I look after my body, it may have go last me a long time!

    Yes, I have to workout everyday. I need to workout everyday to function to my potential. When I don't workout for a few days at a stretch, I get all cranky and worked up. I need those endorphins to stay calm. Oh the high!

    Fitness is a relief physically
