I Am a Geek

I work at a VERY geeky place. 95% of the people have PhDs in engineering or science and I'm amazed every day by a couple of contradictions. One, that some of these guys ever get laid. I mean, I'm not a slave to fashion but seriously...

People call me a geek cause of all my sci-fi stuff I am into but I don't care its part of who I am and what I like. :)

But now I embrace the Nerd culture.
I'm proud of loving science fiction, of playing video games, of loving to read, of doing well in school, and most of all, being intelligent.

Definition of geek: "A person who relates academic subjects to the real world outside of academic studies"
