    It took me long to understand "the way to a

    man's heart is through his stomach". But after grasping the meaning of this statement, I have been really enjoying it.

    While I don't have a huge range of things I

    cook, what I do have always comes out great. I enjoy cooking for myself but especially for others. The appreciation of someone who enjoys it is all I need to keep doing it.

    Tonight's dinner is my spin on bruschetta.

    😄 It included spiced tomato, red flame grilled capsicum, Mushrooms, bacon, home made pita bread and plenty of avocado. Tasted incredible ! (in my not so humble opinion hehe)

    I started making cc cookies

    when I was six. By ten I was making BBQ, goulash, tacos, lasagna. Now I can cook steaks to perfection, Chinese, Mexican, Italian and Mediterranean. I am working in Indian cooking now. Indian used some of the most spices than any other country. Problem is much of the spices are...

    At Least, I Like My Meals.

    Yes, I know that saying, "I Am a Good Cook" depends on to whom I'm comparing myself.  Perhaps I should say that I'm a sufficiently good cook that I enjoy my cooking, and my friends and family do, too.  I have no formal training or professional experience, but...

    Thanks to Mom

    I learned the basics of how to be a good cook from my mom.  Then when I started cooking on my own, I developed my own tastes for things.  Mom makes the traditional Dutch home cooking.  I have expanded to other flavors and combinations because I love trying new...

    YES I Am

    I am a good cook.  Although I can taste a food in a restaurant and can pretty near recreate it, I'm getting so I cook less and less because I feel my cooking is not really appreciated.  My Hubby comes home adding to what I have already prepared, and my 14 year old only...

    Good Cook

    I'm not a chef but I am a pretty good cook.  I manage.  My husband is a chef and he's the one who taught me how to cook.  At times, he makes these wonderful dishes and not even I know how to do them.

    I'm not the best, and I'm not quite that good either. ^^; My girlfriend beats me by a mile when it comes to cooking. She's taught me quite a few things. So has my mother. And well at least I can make meals for everybody. ^^;

    and she's a workaholic, I had to be responsable for dinner since I was like, 15. So I learned how to cook. I'm good at it now. Maybe even great. Maybe that's one of the reasons I like bigger girls and guys?

    But I don't believe him. Besides I never enjoy cooking. I don't know why I feel like it is one the most tiresome chores. "What to cook today?" I ask myself this question every morning. :-)
