    Feeling Insecure :(

I feel disappointed in myself. It's my fifth day working in a salon and i feel like i'm doing everything wrong. I feel slow on what i do. Some of the experienced ladies keep telling me that i have to be fast and i can't be slow. Will I improve??and when?
