I didn't have my first official job (not from a

lack of trying) until I was 18. I was raised to work for what I wanted and learned that nothing comes free at a young age though. My grandmother gave me a weekly allowance of $5 as a kid if I did my chores without her sitting over me making me do them. I didn't always get an...

    It's off work hours already

but I'm quite into my work these days.. It's something that's gonna keep you working for hours and hours, you wouldn't even notice how fast time flies. It's actually fun work but really challenging and I like it that way. :)

How do you avoid falling into politics at work

so that you can maintain your career? Do you listen without giving much of an opinion? Do you change the subject? I tend to ignore a lot of negative comments. What are some strategies you use and what's the longest you've been with an organization?

I've recently started an e-juice company

for electronic cigarettes with a good friend of mine. We secured our first sale with a popular vape shop and hope to secure more, the effort that goes into starting a business is immense. It's a good experience but never again will I try to do it lol

    I have a decent job,

but since I separated, I started driving for Uber. it's ok, I enjoy meeting people, but the money is not as good as they say in the commercials. So now I work 60 hours a week, to support a family and home I am no longer able to enjoy. But I am happy, it's been a long time.
