Last week my wife and I decided to do a juice fast, as defined as juice only for 3-5 days. Neither of us had either done one.
We did three different juices for our fast. They were heavy on the veggies, light on the fruit. By the end of the day we were both just dizzy!
and I didn't exercise, so today we are making a green shake!
