maker, so I decided to make a list of things that I want to do in my life (sort of like a bucket list)
- Dye my hair light pink (all of it)
- buy my a volkswagen beetle and paint it mint green
- start going to church regularly
- becone vegan or atleast vegeterian
I've noticed that everytime I write (which is all the time) I happen to write my thoughts down in lists. I feel that that is the only way to keep my life in order & if I dont do it my life will spiral out of control.
I continue to write the same grocery list week after week year after year.
The list always has the same things on it as the list before and the list before that, and I always accidently leave it at home or in the car.

How it works is that you make a general list of everything you want to complete that day.
Then you divide them up into A. for Important / and B...
because of family and such and so a good way for me to get that stress out is making lists,
