    Its Good To Cry

    People would not see me as an emotional person but I find it quit easy to cry. Sometimes watching films but more in connection with relationships.It is healing and helps other people as well. I think we all need "The gift of tears"

    Healing

    Crying can be very healing. In times of grief, joy and deep emotion is very releasing. No one should be afraid to cry .But there is also a sort of crying which a form of selfish self pity and that is not so good.When we cry we need to examine our emotions and motives.

    On The Brink

    While I don't cry as often as I did as a boy,there have been a lot of situations I have been in that have left me on the brink of tears. This has pretty much been going on since I was in my late teens.
