I Am a Man Who Can Cook

Self Explanatory 403 People

    Just Came To Enjoy It.

I really decided to learn to cook just because I had to take care of myself early in life. I started with simple things like Pizza and learing from my gpa how to fry fish that I caught. From there I just kinda progressed. Every now and then I just decide I want to make something...

I was lucky that my mother taught me to cook at

a young age... either because she *actually* wanted to take summers off from making breakfast, or because she thought it would serve me well as an adult. I ended up raising children alone which *really* tuned up my cooking/kitchen skills... half because it is important to be...

    Recently Experimenting

Over the course of the last say about 3years, I have been experimenting with all different types of foods and combining them to make splended dishes. I have recently incorporated chilis into my cooking. I never used to like them but I had some jalapeno and loved them. They bring...

Texas cooking tip. Smoked turkeys can hold in

juice better than oven cooked plus add the smoked flavor. If you have a two rack smoker cook a ham with it and let the ham grease drip on the turkey. It makes the turkey a lot better, more golden brown skin, that holds in moisture.

    Cuddy Sauce

That's right, NOT curry but cuddy sauce. You have a lot of leeway with this as far as consistency and cooking time but starting with approximately 1/3 volume water, stir in another 1/3 yogurt, mix uniformly, and finally add the last 1/3 dry chick pea flour again mixing uniformly...

I am a whiz at breakfast.  Pancakes and waffles (the secret is to make the batter the night before), sandwiches and toast (the trick is that whatever spread you are using, butter, catsup, etc is spread evenly and corner to corner)  bacon (only serve crisp bacon) And...

    I Cook, They Clean

When I'm not traveling for work, I cook almost every meal at home for the family. I just don't like to clean up...so either the kids or my wife clean up and argue who's doing the dishes, and who's cleaning the table and putting leftovers away. But, I love to cook. I rarely use...

I can cook and believe every man should be able

to cook a romantic dinner for his lady. I doesn't have to be fancy but Cornish game hens with an apricot or apple glaze, some wild rice and asparagus isn't that hard to pull off. Maybe just a grilled steak and baked potato is your specialty or some form of pasta. It doesn't...

    My level of cooking has

now surpassed that which I can find in just about any restaurant. Listen to what I am having some of for lunch. The MEAT is a 3-pound buffalo roast (with a tbspoon of extra light olive oil per pound of meat, a sprinkling of tarragon leaves, and .5 tspoon of minced onions). The...
