    Losing Myself

Last semester had absolutely been the most terrible I've gone through in college. I dropped out of the dean's list with an extremely low QPI. I quit the organization I held so dearly close to my heart over managerial disputes. I lost friends and somehow, I think I lost myself...

    Not Easy Be a Manager

I mean in my way then I am a manager. Most of the other people may not agree but they have to follow or discuss or fly away. Because not everyone could realise a better way to do things, a man will come to lead. In most of the cases, you will get hurt but you will continue...

Ain't As Easy As It Looks

This is one of the toughest jobs I've EVER had.

I truly empathize with other managers that have to deal with issues of respect for both management and employees. It's not easy when one faces the black and/or white circumstances. Finding the shade of gray to help all areas improve and build is a TASK!!!

    I've finally made a decision.

I'm letting the assistant go. There's no need to discredit anymore. I'm at peace with how to handle the situation and myself. It's for the best.

So, I've lessened a load on an assistant.

She has 2yrs under her belt. My most recent hire is out-performing her BIG TIME!! However the senior has ADHD..... I'm blaming myself for putting so much responsibility on her. When I was put into my position, I had no idea she had this condition. I was aware of her therapy...
