gonetokorea wrote on 09:51AM at Aug 27th, 2012 My boyfriend recently left for South Korea for a year. I miss him dearly and have no idea what to expect. Any thoughts or past experiences would be appreciated. Still trying to grasp the fact that he's gone for a year.

I called his chain of command and they all told me that he most likely dropped me and found a juicy. I trust my solider with all my heart. I don't trust the single men. I am paranoid about not talking to him. I just hope he is in the field and busy.

He said there is a disease over there called "black syphillis" so if any of you want to be honest and scare your men at the same time tell them about that! It's a very contagious STI that there is no cure for, and if they get it they will have to stay there. My fiancé said they're like quarantining people that have gotten it.
