    Vegetarian

It is hard to imagine myself before I became a vegetarian. The thought of eating a ground up cow today is so disgusting and absurd, I wonder how I ever could have believed otherwise. Since making the decision ten years ago to become a vegetarian, I have been happier and more at...

(she is a Vegan now) I have so much more energy and i lost weight. My circulation is so good now, I get rock hard, which makes my wife very happy. I stopped eating meat after my Dad got prostate cancer I read about the "The China Study" and it slammed into me, look it up.

    Almost Vegan. Mainly

for ethical reasons. It's so sad how we treat animals like objects. When you look at the way we use animals objectively it's just not right for many reasons. If it's not necessary then we shouldn't be doing it.

    Turning Point

I was raised with the mantra that if I 'didn't eat meat I would waste away'. Okay, I'm underweight and it's understandable that my parents were concerned about their child's nourishment, but it is such a fallacy (a common one) that only meat can give you protein or energy. So I...

    I have been a vegetarian

since I was 10 and the reason I started was because I think it's cruel to kill and eat innocent animals who don't deserve it. People always tell me they are put on this Earth for us to eat but I always make a smart comment that shows them I don't care.
