    A Punctuation Mark For An Exclaimed Question?! You're Kidding?!

    The interrobang - punctuation mark combining the question mark (?) and the exclamation point (!) used to show a mixture of query and interjection or surprise, as in after a rhetorical question. Use to show shocked disbelief.

    Where Have All The Word Nerds Gone?

    I love words.  I love language, spoken, written...definitions, adjectives, power verbs!!! I love to read and do all kinds of word games-so long as they're not mean.  I love to argue, but I hate to fight.   Illiteracy in this country is on the rise and I wonder...

    Eastern European Words

    I love the sound of new words -- fluffy, multi-syllabic words like "superfluous" or "genuflect" or "chrysanthemum". I'm reading Bronte's Jane Eyre right now and it's an amazing piece of writing. I guess because it was written in the 1800's it has the freshness of old school...

    Just Lately Because I Dont Understand

    Lately I have been looking up every word. Even worlds I already know. And if the definition of the word uses words I that are big I look them up too. Till I get to very basic words. I know what some words mean and if I don't I skip it. I really don't know why I like words so...
