    Stronger Than My Compulsion

It all began 4 years ago when my pantry was out of snacks. Just to occupy my stomach with something, I grabbed some ice from the freezer and never looked back. It slowly became a habit: I would begin the day with ice, end the day with ice, and everytime I became bored or...

    I'm An Ice Chewer

I love chewing ice! I know it's bad for your teeth, but it's sooo good. It's considered a form of pica (eating non-nutritious substances like chalk, clay, starch, etc.), but I don't really care because it's just frozen water! I love going to Dunkin Donuts and getting a large cup...

    Like Crack?

The dentist keeps telling me to stop, that it can fracture my teeth and crack them, and possibly kill the roots and force me to need root canal surgery. But I can't stop -- even when my tooth was in pain, I chewed on the other side of my mouth. But I've made some concession to...

    Ice Addiction!

It's like I literally can't stop! Anytime I go to the kitchen, I open the freezer, and grab ice. Better than being addicted to meth, I suppose. haha.
