    I Am Mature...

Sometimes. I can debate religion  in a civilized and mature manner. No problem. I just choose not to.  I mean, I can admit it. I'm not an evangelist. I don't feel an extreme need to convince anyone my way is the right way or theirs is wrong.   So...

    Here's How I Feel...

I'm Wiccan. Most people assume automaticly that I sacrifice animals and worship the devil. This couldn't be further from the truth. But sit down and try to explain that to a Baptist or Jehovah's Witness. These folks will do just about anything to get you to listen to what they...

Not A Christian But Would Like To Know About Christianity..

I'd really like to learn about Christianity and what Christians believe in, and who could help me understand the religion more than the believers themselves! So here i am asking some questions and hoping to get answers.. 1. Is Jesus God? 2. Is the father God? 3. Who is the...

    Why Debate?

There are too many people in the world alone. All these people believe in something, whether it be God, or that they believe there is no God..Everyone believes. So why try and debate about something you know that the other person is more than likely going to believe differently...

    My Opinion.

Me, personally, doubt that there is a god. I'm open to the possibility that there may be one, but I doubt that there is. There are too many bad things in this world. Why would I want to worship something that causes so much pain, misery, and suffering?

    I Am.

I am adult enough to debate religion in a mature manner. There is no God. Period. Anyone who says anything otherwise is closed-minded, hypocritical and obviously being sarcastic. P.s: And to anyone who takes this story seriously or doesn't understand it, should develop (or...

    Why My Religion?

i don't have any troublr discussing religion with anybody.  i like learning other people's point of view (unless they tell me i'm going to hell).  i can be nice and respectful.  why, then, do otherwise nice people get so riled up when i tell them my religion? ...

    I do often discuss religion,

I don't like to call it "debate", but almost always only with friends. Sometimes with acquaintances, and sometimes with strangers. I am relatively well read in Christian theology and history, and I've been a Christian for most of my life, even though I'm more skeptical and...

    Bible Believer

I enjoy a good discussion on religion and the different ideologies that exsit.  But yes I do believe in the truth of the Bible, the exsistance of the one and only true God, expressed in a trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  That the only way to heaven is through...

    I dont want to debate

as much as I want to ask some questions of any religious person, christian, muslim, jewish, other. All the questions are civil and unagressive I just want to see the different points of view. If you're up to helping me understand your religion, just reply with your denomination...

Although I'm Not Sure If a Real Debate Is Possible

Secular and religious thought act on two different set of facts, so persuasion is damn near impossible.

    I'm Plenty Mature Enough...

...I just don't like to debate.I have strong faith, and I really don't feel the need to "prove" anything to anyone. If you choose not to believe, that's okay with me.

    We Are Poor As People

Lately, large population of the advanced world is heading to the rejection of religion or even god existence. i think this is because of many reasons some can include: 1- The wrong image we get from the acts of people who pretend to be following religions 2- As the world...

    I Challenge Believers

Im sure most of you feel that nobody should have to defend their religion but I disagree. I believe in God and I believe the search for truths about God should not be one done timidly. So if you believe Jesus is the son of God then I ask "Why do you believe Jesus lied when...

I just want to understand how religious people

got to be that way. I was raised catholic but I never really could accept most of it because i had too many questions about how most of it made sense and became an atheist last year at 17. Now I wonder how others have gone longer than me, into their 30's even, still believing...

One really shouldn't debate religion online. However we all do it. It really is pointless. Faith is not something that can be rationalized or reasoned. I myself am not religious at all, but respect is always key. I am gay, and oppose gay marriage because, marriage as we define it...

Depends On Your Definiton of Mature

I suppose I can go without yelling and name calling, but it does take sooo much effort on my part.  I love getting people rillied up and making them pissed and what better way to do that than to call them names?  Childish, it is, but good god it is so much fun...

Don't you mean you're adult enough to debate

religion in a mature manner? That "not" seems to say the opposite.
