    Utter Self Consciousness

I was diagnosed with Bipolar in 2006. This was because I had a nervous breakdown and was totally depressed. But only a few months later I experienced a high. To be honest I guess I almost entered psychosis. My irrational fear is that people watch me. I've always had this. I...

Just been diagnosed with mild agoraphobia.

It explains so much. I'm currently on leave from work. I just can't take the outside world sometimes. Not only that but I'm obsessive and doing things out of the house messes with my routines I have in the house. Can't win for losing.
