    Tired Of The Anxiety

    so yeh im always anxious!!cant stand it feel like i am on the edge of my seat at all times very stressful. Not as stressful as having an anxiety, or panic attack. I do believe medication can be used to help, but at the same time I want to still be me just not such an anxious me...

    Hi Anxiety

    I am anxious also and I am a senior who has lived with it for years. Medication gives me side effects. Just keep busy and enjoy life the best you can.

    Lying Down On The EP Couch.

    I've been doing this almost all of my life, so I really don't even notice it, anymore. It's just apart of me. When someone tells me to stop worrying or not to worry, I wanna kick them across the planet. If it were that easy, would I be consumed by anxiety? Most certainly not...

    The thing that makes me the most anxious is

    being late to work. I am always late at least once a week for some reason. Today, the bus was late. If I had a car I feel as though many if my anxiety problems would diminish but I am anxious about getting my license and nervous about the driving test.

    Always. It's very unpleasant
