Apatheists neither believe in nor deny the existence of gods. They simply aren't interested one way or the other. Read the first story for more information. 39 People

I don't understand why people spend

so much time troubling themselves with the concept of God. Live the one life that you know you have. Whether God exists or not is completely irrelevant, since ultimately you will live your life according to what you believe. Besides, no god has ever shown itself, and how would...

Living in the U.S. I will find a lot of

Christians and atheists ranting at each other about creation and or the disbelief of God. Honestly I don't care what you think or believe, just don't attack someone else. 99% of the time people don't understand my beliefs but try to argue about them. That's usually how it works...

Taken from: http://www.wunderland.com/WTS/Ginohn/cetera/apatheism.html "There are four main roots of theology (we'll ignore the various ascetic, moral, dogmatic, etc. branches of theology and stick to the roots): theism, agnosticism, atheism, and apatheism - all of which...

I have a life to live.

I've wasted so much time wrestling with the faith-minded. They're insufferable and I'm exhausted. I'm going into apatheist mode for a while - maybe forever. I'm so done with this. You can have your gods - all of them. It just doesn't matter to me - I don't care if your god...

When I first lost my Catholic indoctrination,

I had a militant anti- Christian attitude and thought about how much I hated Christianity and religion in general a lot. But I have become more placid towards the topic of religion over the years. About a year ago I got to the point where I no longer care about religion or...

    Other Interesting Ideas...

I also really like these ideas as well-- Some really deep stuff! I have only recently heard of them: Theological Noncognitivism: http://www.sewanee.edu/philosophy/Journal/Archives/2002/Conifer.htm Ignosticism: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ignosticism I figured it would make...

my definition is I don't know

and I don't care. I'm not anti-religion - if it works for you I celebrate it with you. If you don't believe then I have no problem either. but I'm not rabidly anti either opinion.
