    Basically Fine art Photography

although all types of it seem interesting to me. Especially abstract things and weird things like machines, rusty keys, screws, cigarrettes on streets. However due to my financial issues I only collect postcards of these things. What are you into and what do you collect? Did you...

I'm kind of an "uncreative" artist I sometimes

think. I'm not particularly adept at coming up with my own ideas, though I do sometimes. I love crafts, I make jewelry and do paracording. I love DIY projects (yay Pinterest!) and building things. I've also been known to dabble in writing. I'm not generally happy with my writing...

I'm an artist, I know this

because I'm good with a pencil when I give anything effort in drawing, I hope to be one of the greats in photography and drawing, but I know I'm already one of the greats no matter what I do because my mother and fiancé believe in me.

    Imagination But No Talent......

I think I have a great imagination, I can think up some really neat stuff, but then when I try to draw it or paint it or sculpt it or make it, it looks like something a 3rd grader would have made, it looks really good in my minds eye, but the finished product sucks!

"It is obvious that art cannot teach anyone

anything, since in four thousand years humanity has learnt nothing at all. We should long ago have become angels had we been capable of paying attention to the experience of art, and allowing ourselves to be changed in accordance with the ideals it expresses. Art only has the...

    I always thought of myself

as an artist even when i didn't create art. I write poetry now and i'm about to publish a book but even before i always considered myself an artist at heart. I can see art everywhere. In my mind, in nature, in other people, in emotions... Art is simply everywhere for me.

    "Art is a meta-language,

with the help of which people try to communicate with one another; to impart information about themselves and assimilate the experience of others. Again, this has not to do with practical advantage but with realizing the idea of love, the meaning of which is in sacrifice: the...

So I had this tattoo idea.

.. inspired by Jhonen Vasquez, and, in fact, I'd have to give him credit for the original artpiece, but I changed the design a bit.

The artist is always the servant,

and is perpetually trying to pay for the gift that has been given to him as if by a miracle. Modern man, however, does not want to make any sacrifice, even though true affirmation of the self can only be expressed in sacrifice. Andrei Tarkovsky

Picture Yourself ResilientBattling stress is an

Really anything can be considered art. Dancing painting writing and many others. For me its my poetry I write from the heart. My emotions experiences it all comes into play. Yes some may be a lil dark and twisty or angry. But its all part of me and it makes me an artist at heart...

Empty pages waiting for a story to be written,

bear your soul into every page, pour your heart into every word. Beyond the painting, behind every word tells the pain, joy tears no one knows about. Before me lays the empty pages, to fill it's pages with words from an artists at heart.

Music is to the heart what language is to the

mind. As a musician and writer I use the canvas of emotions in every note, melody, song I write. To me the Original Artist who said "let us make man into our image" Genesis 1-2 has made us all artists with desires to build make and create.
