Do you have your artwork up, online? Awhile back I put some of my work up, over at Artwanted.com. It's been great, everything in one place with a link I can just give to friends. You can sell your work over there or just exhibit it. People stop by and leave comments. There is no fee for a basic membership, like I have. It's very easy to set up. Here's the link to some of my stuff. If you have your work up, please share the url.

I have created my own website for my paintings but also use one called AARTI - http://www.aarti.co.uk

I've sold 3 paintings through this site, including 1 internationally!  You get a very personal service from Margaret who runs the site.  She'll call you personally to congratulate you on selling a painting etc.

If I remember rightly when you 1st sign up you have the option of paying a one off fee, which I think was only about £30? or agree to let the site take a percentage of the sale price of your paintings. I went for the latter thinking I may not get much interest and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I sold my first one.  I think the percentage was 10%?  and just made a point of selling my paintings for a little more than I originally wanted to cover this additional cost - my paintings are the same price on my own website tho' and no cheaper or there's be no point putting them on Aarti as well!

I just use deviantART. I never really looked for another place to put it, so most of it just sits there.

I use Deviant Art as well.  Not so much for selling, but just to put it out there for people to look at...

I opened my first self-designed/self-made art site back in 2002. It is no longer available, so I display my artworks on those two sites:

http://www.artbreak.com/ukrainito/works - all styles, genres and techniques

http://photoclub.***.ua/ukrainito - photographs and digital art

So whatcha waiting for? Come on in, everyone's invited :-)

I have my own website that I've had for about 5 years now.  The only thing I pay is yearly renewal on the domain name, a close friend of mine has a few servers for his business, hehe.  It gives away all my information, but I could care less how many people know who I am on here.

I have joined a website that is specifically for artists and that's how I have my work online.  The website is bluecanvas.com and it's meant as a social networking site for artists.  It allows you to post your work and allows others to view it and critique it.  It's actually designed quite nicely - the best site of its kind I've been able to find.  And it's nice for those who can't afford their own domain or their own website designer.  Or even those who can.  Anyways, my profile is www.bluecanvas.com/jonelle.  Please take a look.  And then maybe join the site and add me as a friend!  ;]

I have my paintings on my two websites but mostly put my paintings for sale on ebay.

I've also started to put photos of my paintings on facebook and 'deviant art' more

I was amazed at how fast people would look at and often put comments on pictures I was uploading while I was still uploading things

I have mine in my gallery area.  As soon as I figured out how to upload the stuff I had a ball.  Now comes the letdown and I need prozac.

 yes

phillipward dot net

am lucky enough to know enough html & photoshop to get it off the ground myself, but updates can be sporadic. yearly domain and hosting costs but it's balanced out (i think) by handing someone your card and having an individual email address
