    Born Atheist

I was watching my baby girl in awe in this morning while reading the comments on my last EP story and could help but think.  My eight month old daughter is delightfully happy; I'm sure as most eight month olds.  She is cruising and taking a few steps on her own...

I find it sort of surprising

that not only do Christians want to argue with an atheist like me about how the religion was formed; but that other atheists also want to argue with me about how a religion they don't believe in was formed. My only interest in knowing how the religion was formed is to disengage...

    Leaving my former religion,

Islam, was the best decision I've made so far. I do however regret that I didn't come to this realisation a bit earlier. I feel like I've wasted so much of my life for nothing. Well, it's never too late I suppose. The only thing that sucks is that I live in a Muslim majority...

    I always feel awkward

when a religious person finds out I don't believe in God and tells me I'm going to hell. It's like, I know you're trying to threaten me but I don't believe in hell so your threat really fell short. I feel bad about it. I know they tried their best.
