Atheists & Anger - A Blog By Greta Christina

ATHEISTS AND ANGER   I want to talk about atheists and anger.   This has been a hard piece to write, and it may be a hard one to read. I'm not going to be as polite and good-tempered as I usually am in this blog; this piece is about anger, and for once I'm going to...

but I don't practice. It's not to say I don't believe that something might be affecting our lives or that something may happen afterwards. It's just that when I see the way religion affects the world I can help but want to distance myself a little. It seems to bring out the best...

It took a whole for me to get to full blown

atheism. After I decided that the religion I was raised in was nonsense like rest of them, I still clung to a belief in some "god." I suppose I stumbled around as an agnostic for a while. Then I read Richard Dawkins 'The Selfish Gene' and I realized I had to let the belief in...

Atheism is the only logical position.

There is no evidence for a God, there isn't even a need for a God to exist. Logic says that God almost certainly does not exist (since it is impossible to prove a negative). Theism also has a huge problem. Believers are REJECTING logic. Can you really trust people that reject...

I honestly cannot comprehend how people don't
