    I consider myself a mechanical engineer,

    I have been building robots and competing in robotics competitions for four years. I love doing it, it's my passion. But I have been told that I'm not the engineer I think I am simply because, I am only 15 and female. What do you think?

    Safety Equipment

    Does anyone else wear safety equipment at odd times? I wear hearing protection while I vacuum and while I blow dry my hair. I wear my my steel toes when I mow the lawn. I was just wondering if this was an engineer trait.
