Everyone is hormonal or you would probably be in the hospital under close watch.  Because you don't feel hormonal doesn't mean you are not.  You just may be used to your hormones or your endocrine system may secrete hormones at such a low level that they just may not affect your mood in a noticeable way.

It's not an asexual thing at all.  It is normal and happens to people who have sex too.  Just some people do not express or feel emotions and some people do.  Hormones do not always equate to crying.  You may have more testosterone in your system which makes you more prone to aggression instead of sadness.  So you may be hormonal in that way.

Hormonal simply means that your hormones are being secreted into the bloodstream.  Which hormone is being secreted is what indicates whether or not you cry or become aggressive or not.  The endocrine system is really interesting to read about.  In my anatomy and physiology class, that was one of my favorite areas of the body.

"A hormone (from Greek ὁρμή, "impetus") is a chemical released by a cell, a gland, or an organ in one part of the body that affects cells in other parts of the organism."
