    Adversity Does Not Make You Stronger, It Proves You Were Strong To Begin With

    I am suffering from a huge dose of adversity overload. I have battled MDD or (major depressive disorder), 10+ deaths in my family (one of them was my only brother to suicide), cancer and its treatments, financial ruin, loss of my home....you get the picture. Life knocks me down...

    Although I Still Have Some To Overcome

    Then hopefully I'll be better than I am now. What I've overcome so far has made me more compassionate, empathetic and open minded. However I'd like to be more emotionally expressive, warm, and effective with my time.
