I Give My Trust A Little Bit At A Time

When I was a child I was raised to not trust people. My grandmother always told me you can't trust anybody, even family. Her and my mother were betrayed badly by relatives and this was why they were the way they were. So, when I was younger I was still...

....but I'm wanting to change that.

Ask me for my social security number and all my credit card info. I'll share freely.

    Trust develops over time

for me, once it's burned, forget it. It makes the number of friends fewer, but better a few I trust than a lot I'm not sure of. I can't sustain small talk , anyway. Seems pointless to me.

I think you should never trust anyone blindly,

and that trust should be earned. That being said, it's probably not healthy to go through life never trusting anyone at all. PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Fox Mulder said "Trust no one", but come on. He was a fictional character and that thinking didn't turn out too well for him either...

    After Reading Some Stories Here…

Life can be strange, as the time passes by, the more we learn about feelings and confidence in people, the more you get disappointed. Every time when you try to be sincere and show who you really are and care for the people you love, then you find out they are not real. Some...

    It happens like this.

"One day you meet someone and for some inexplicable reason, you feel more connected to this stranger than anyone else--closer to them than your closest family. Perhaps this person carries within them an angel--one sent to you for some higher purpose; to teach you an important...

and on the internet.. Today I would like to talk with you all, about catfishing, how to avoid it, red flags etc.. Red flags: 1 ~ The model catfish ~ If the guy/girl you are dating looks absolutely stunning, and you in fact think she should be a model, then that is A HUGE RED...

When I first meet someone I have a moderate

amount of trust. It takes me a long, long time to open up to a friend or partner even in real life. On the internet I am much more skeptical and may never have more then a moderate amount of trust. It seems most people hiding behind a computer screen have their own agendas and...

In light of Putin giving the west a bloody nose

(and Obama a horrifically broken snout!) and showing REAL leadership in the fight against global terrorism, unlike the limp wristed response of the west! There is now a propaganda war in the media over who is Russia actually bombing. Given all the spin and the west's obsession...

    I Am Very Careful!

I love life and all people. That said, I wait a long time before I begin to really trust people. It most often doesn't pay to trust, in my experience.
