    Mixed Race

    I am half Mexican and half white. I've lived in a Mexican household but dint speak Spanish or look Mexican but I feel I'm 100% Mexican. How does the culture and chicanas feel abut a biracial chicana?

    Mexican-American

    My mother and father were born and raised in  Mexico.I was born and raised in the USA so that makes me Chicana.It represents Mexican-American ethnic identity and the accompanying consciousness of Mexican American political struggle.

    Xicana

    My mom is Mexican and my dad is Native American (Ohlone) and Danish. I was raised by my maternal grandmother who wanted her children and grandchildren to be Americanized. She spoke to me in Spanish because, despite her love of gringos, she doesn't speak much English. I suspect...
