I have to stretch all the time or my back will need to be cracked, and even then it has to be cracked 2-3 times a day.
Took Yoga, never got into the channeling of myself but it was relaxing and lots of stretching!
for the mind, the body, and the soul.
And I think those cracks and pops.. Are all good and a big part of the stretch itself as it releases a pleasurable gas from the muscles and such. Then refills to do it again~
And I love that.
And I love stretching.

I stretch in my chair, I stretch on the floor, I stretch while watching tv, I stretch after every workout, I stretch after crunches (that feels awesome), I stretch in the car, I stretch while just standing around. I love to stretch- it feel sooo good.
