    Anxiety Is Stealing My Life

I don't remember when my anxiety started, but I know that my panic attacks started at 15, and things have only gotten worse. Some days my anxiety is so bad that it keeps me from doing things I want to do. I just got a new job, and I'm terrified that I'll be bad at it. I start on...

I feel like **** now. My heart is racing. I had a sleepless night yesterday. A month ago the doctor Psychatrist prescribed 100mg Zoloft per day - one 50 mg tablet, morning and night. Because I felt so bad I decided to DOUBLE the med: I took 100 mg twice per day = 200 mg. The...

when I was 22, but I'm sure it started out when I entered high school. HS wasn't bad for me, but being bullied throughout my primary school and having a parent who was hardly ever there and never getting any social, or outdoor activities was what made me very cynical and afraid...

    I Cope With Klonopin

Anxiety is very difficult to live and does NOT need a trigger. It can just happen...come upon you. It happens to me when I get up early. The daytime is just no good for me. I use Klonopin and take a nap, and wake up refreshed.
