    Anxiety Is Stealing My Life

I don't remember when my anxiety started, but I know that my panic attacks started at 15, and things have only gotten worse. Some days my anxiety is so bad that it keeps me from doing things I want to do. I just got a new job, and I'm terrified that I'll be bad at it. I start on...

    I Cope With Klonopin

Anxiety is very difficult to live and does NOT need a trigger. It can just happen...come upon you. It happens to me when I get up early. The daytime is just no good for me. I use Klonopin and take a nap, and wake up refreshed.

    GAD

When I say I have GAD, people look at me funny. Like, PTSD is commonly known and all, but generalized anxiety disorder isn't? They go hand-in-hand, and commonly join up to be friends to depression. It causes me to shy away from social situations, people make me nervous and I...

    I was diagnosed with GAD

when I was 22, but I'm sure it started out when I entered high school. HS wasn't bad for me, but being bullied throughout my primary school and having a parent who was hardly ever there and never getting any social, or outdoor activities was what made me very cynical and afraid...
