I Am Dealing With My Anger

    I have alot of anger issues with the recent

    events that have happened in my life. Today i tried to release some of that anger by hitting a tennis ball as hard as i could until i got tired. I imagined that the ball was the lady that i hated so much. It kinda worked. :) not that mad anymore
