    Ewww... That's Just Gross!

    When I worked at the Clinic as a Nurse Practitioner, frequent hand washing was just part of the routine. COMMON SENSE! Now I work in an office building and am appalled at how frequently I see women bypass the sink after using the bathroom. I really never imagined this...

    Please Wash Your Hands

    I HATE when I'm in a public bathroom and I hear someone leave a stall after doing her business, and she either doesn't wash her hands at all or she just runs them under the water for a second. WATER DOES NOT KILL GERMS, PEOPLE!!!  PLEASE USE THE SOAP AND WASH FOR LONGER...

    Don't Be Gross

    There is a very thin porous layer of paper between your hand that you are touching everything with and your bio waste. Don't be freakin disgusting! Soap and water, don't think a quick 1 second rinse got you clean.

    Just because you wash your hands doesn't mean

    it is safe to touch anything since the person before might not have washed their hands. You better make sure you wash them good with hot water for at least. seconds.
