    Today: 1. 2 coffees,

    3 green tea, 1 tea, 1 decaff tea, 1 hot chocolate (so on track with the coffee) 2. Morning stomach exercise and evening stretches. (so on track with the exercise) 3. Two slices of bread. 2 grilled sausages. Roast chicken, stuffing, roast potatoes and carrots. 10 toffees. 1...
