    I'm not a couch potato.

    .at all! but I heard this was a great program, if you wanted to self train to become a runner..so I just started this today..I'm excited to train to do a 5k run in a couple of months..Whoot Whoot!!

    Just started week two on this program

    and I have to say..think it's a natural progression for me..I'm not only from a family of several runners, but I've been walking 15,000 steps everyday including my elliptical so think I just needed a new activity to mix it up and motivate me. I will run my first 5K this summer...

    I've already done 2 separate 5Ks this summer.
