    Saucony Cohesion Tr6

Going To Start The C25k This Week.

Wish me luck. I hate running, and the only decent podcast I found was techno, which I think is going to cause me to hate techno forever.

    C25k Here I Come!

I hated running, the thought of running, all of it. Four years ago I started walking/jogging and really enjoyed it. I lost about 50 pounds and I felt great! When I went jogging it was "me time" I could reflect and almost meditate. I stopped doing it and I am so disappointed in...

    I Will Be Starting Sunday

I have done the C25K and got up to week 4 and stopped because I had no gym membership and winter was beginning to kick in. Although that isn't an excuse I got a membership today and I plan on doing the program and making running a part of my regular routine. I remember how good I...

Just started week two on this program

and I have to say..think it's a natural progression for me..I'm not only from a family of several runners, but I've been walking 15,000 steps everyday including my elliptical so think I just needed a new activity to mix it up and motivate me. I will run my first 5K this summer...
