    I've already done 2 separate 5Ks this summer.

    .I'm totally addicted..I want to do two more 5ks in the next month and then maybe even complete a 10k walk/jog at the end of summer..love this program!!

    Just started week two on this program

    and I have to say..think it's a natural progression for me..I'm not only from a family of several runners, but I've been walking 15,000 steps everyday including my elliptical so think I just needed a new activity to mix it up and motivate me. I will run my first 5K this summer...
