I Am Fascinated By The Universe

Personal Stories, Advice, and Support 4,541 People

    I, honestly, believe that

if every child was taught about evolution and the shear size of the universe from an early age this planet would solve itself. However, we bring religion into the picture ( and I love the fact I live in a country where any religion is accepted) but, but, but all I see on tv and...

    The universe is truly fascinating.

I was captivated by the subjects of astronomy and cosmology when I was a young child, and they have continued to fascinate me ever since. It is not just the sheer physical beauty of it, but all the numerous questions it raises in my mind; what IS the universe? What is it for...

    The universe scares me sometimes

because my imagination always makes up random things about how the earth and other planets and galaxies are created and how the world isn't how we see it. I honestly don't know but I think about it a lot. Does anyone have any thoughts?

It is natural to be fascinated with the Unknown.

The Universe.  It's literally in front of us and we just  don't have the understanding of it. Where did we come from? Are we alone in the Universe?  How can you even possibly say yes or no, if you can't know?  Where do you stand as a little human being in counting the...
