    I have been a classically trained dancer all my

    life and am blessed with the rare trait of having 180 degree turnout from my hips. I can do splits any way, put my legs behind my head and can do standing splits (tilts) like in my profile pic :)

    I've always known that I was flexible,

    Always Have Been

    Back in the day I had trials for the GB gymnastics team. Since then a lot of yoga and dancing have helped me keep it and appreciative feedback from 'intimate' friends makes me know it's worthwhile ! (that and knowing I'm keeping heart attacks and arthritis at bay........!) x...

    I used to do gymnastics as a child so maybe that has something to do with it but I am SUPER flexible. I can put myself in many interesting positions that my friends can't even get close to. I think that I might actually be double jointed in my arms. ^.^

    my friends always say it looks like I'm getting

    That's What....

    a year of regularly practicing yoga does to a body :) K, that was a couple years ago but even before that I was flexible.  Up to now I still am.  I got the full split down pat, and I can wrap my legs around my head.

    I can stand on one leg,

    and fold the other up so my foot is aside my head. Kick my foot backwards and behind my head. I can bend backwards further than normal. I'm able to spread my legs flat sideways and rest down on my crotch. I'm very flexible, and I always have been!

    I've been flexible my whole life growing up

    Take It How You Like.....

    My boyfriend loves to help me with stretching.

    I can put both legs behind my head .

    I'm gymnast and a dancer,

    I practice 4 days a week for 3 hours each, I stretch every day and I've been doing the sports for about... 4-5 years so obviously I'm very flexible, I'm also a contortionist, I can bend in very weird ways haha, I hope to some say preform acrobats in circue de soleil,
