    chocolate egg, with a toy inside it. A harmless toy. Or a fully automatic assault rifle that with 1 magazine can kill several people and possibly severely injure more...obviously the assault rifle is safer.

    I think it is interesting how we regulate bombs,

    grenades, RPGS and tanks and such and weirdly enough we don't generally have criminals using those weapons in attacks. It's almost like restricting access to deadly weapons has some kind of effect...
