    Washington Is My Home

I have lived here all my life. I have visited other places but I just do not want to leave my home. Washington has a little bet of the whole world in it.

    I Miss It So Much.

My dreams are haunted with the images of Skagit County. The Cascades looming, the Skagit and Baker and Suiattle rivers dashing over rocks, over fallen trees, over turbines. I moved to Minnesota 5 years ago, and it has been a struggle to stay here. I don't know how long it's...

    Proud of It, Too

Washington is my stomping ground. The state has had its ups and downs, but I will never regret being from there. In fact, I always feel a source of pride calling myself a Bremertonian. :)

    I Miss Washington ...

If I ever had any complaints about WA they are gone now. I grew up in Spokane, Kent, Colville, Kettle Falls then went to UW in Seattle for 3 years then back to Spokane. High school summers were spent swimming and floating the river. The beautiful clear rivers by the way that are...

    True Beauty

Since I was born and raised in this beautiful state, my heart will forever be partial to it. No other state has all four seasons like we do. And growing up at the base of Mt Adams was just about as close to Gods handiwork as you could get :)

Proud to be a Northwest native.

Life is greener up here. The wet and cold is refreshing and Seattle's summers are the world's best secret. Sorry, I can't keep it ;) The city, the lights, the needle at night... The water, the ferries, the trees... There is plenty of creativity and cultural diversity up here...
