mashot wrote on 12:09PM at Oct 11th, 2011 One of the reasons that I joined this group is maybe help get some clarity for my part. About a year ago I first noticed that girls were attractive to me, and these thoughts and feelings have become stronger and stronger over the course of this past year. Before this I wasn't attracted to men or women at all, I think I just repressed it or something. However, these feelings haven't gone away and I still have no attraction whatsoever with men, just women. I believe that I am gay however the people I've talked to about this struggle keep asking me if I'm sure and what not. I think I understand that it is a big thing to declare and tell the world, so I'm kind of scared about it. I just don't know what to do, simply because on one hand I believe that I am gay, however how I can I be 100% sure before everyone finds out?

Skier24 wrote on 06:52PM at Nov 2nd, 2011 Wow, that sounds exactly how I am! I was never attracted to either men or women, but I began noticing something about men, but of course, I'm really not sure! Some people say it could just be a phase (during puberty and what-not), but others say it definitely means I'm gay. I don't know what to think!

Michal2012 wrote on 12:49AM at Jan 12th, 2013 I don't say that you are surely a gay. Because Gay is a term that primarily refers to a homosexual person or the trait of being homosexual.
The term was originally used to refer to feelings of being "carefree", "happy", or "bright and showy". As you say that you are not attracted with men and any women. It could be Harmon disorder.
