    To the point of sickness, and to the point I can't stand on my own, but I stand anyway at least to make it home. Lots of stories about pushing myself too far.

    I am guilty of pushing myself to the limit both physically on the bike and at times with food. I will wait 10, 12 or 14 hours before eating but not because I am anorexic. I think of my body as a machine and when I do push myself, it is more like overlocking a human computer...
