Yikes! What Happend To My Life?

As I think back over the last year or so, I realized that this process of perimenopause started before I even knew it started.  It really came into full swing this past March.  The symptoms were like I was having a heart attack and with my family history of heart problems, I...

    Tired Of Perimenopause

Hi all: I just joined this group today.  I really need some support as perimenopause can be a really tough ride. I think I'm about 5 or 6 years into this thing - I now call it 'the hostage taking' as there seem to be occasions when I feel that I am being held hostage by my...
