My modest goals are to run a 27 minute 5K and to bench press my weight. I'm getting close. I've dropped 100 pounds so far. I wish I could go back and talk to twenty-something...

I am down a 150 lbs from my Max weight a few years back. I have a few more pounds to go, but I am in better shape and health now at 42 than I was at 22. I plan to be in even better shape by 52.
