    I have cut out bread,

    wheat germ, cereals, (except for oatmeal), the only dessert I enjoy now are vegan chocolate chip-everything cookies..delicious! I also drink skim milk, decaf coffee....simple changes which have helped me keep the weight down and feel better....it really works!
