    10 Down 90 to Go

    I went to the doctor's today and found out that I have lost 10 pounds since the last time I was in.  I only decided to get really serious about it a couple of weeks ago.  So I have 90 to go for now and then maybe another 40... maybe not. I am totally excited about it...
