    I have been working hard to get healthier.

    Well I've been working on it

    for a while now, since August 3rd to be exact, and I've now lost 65 lbs. It's such a nice round number too. I'm getting there but it's taking a while and I have no plans to give up.

    Tonight I ran and walked 5 miles.

    I am down around 30 lbs now. I eat fruit for my breakfast, salad for lunch and a small meal for dinner. Its all about portion control and no sodas, not even diet crapola.
