    Saving Some Major $$$$

I have smoked since Jr. High, 14 and can finally say I am no longer a smoker. I don't miss the stentch, the headaches in the morning, ashtray breath, and love the fact that I don't have to ever buy another lighter again!

    No More Smoking

I quit smoking about a month ago and I'm glad I kicked that disgusting dangerous habbit. It came along with drinking I quit that to. I wasn't a really heavy smoker more of a social smoker. I'm glad I quit

    Seventh Day Without...

It is my seventh day without a cigarette. I have smoked for eight years. I am trying to think positive. This week I am going to start walking two miles with my friend in the mornings. After the first three days it seems to be much more of a mental game.

I quit smoking 4 years ago

but i kept my pipe. I have fond memories of working on my parents land, clearing trees and such. I quit for my health but, i still like to keep the pipe in my teeth when I'm trying to think.

    The Reason

I smoked pretty heavily for about 10 years. Living on my own made it easy; I just had to remember to lay off for a while before visiting my parents.  After all, they both knew full well my best friends all smoked like chimneys, right...?Until Mom informed me one day that we...
