    You'll probably love me

or hate me, or maybe just feel indifferently towards me. But I will never be anyone's idea of cool, and that's fine with me. Accept me as I am because I do the same for others.

    Misconceptions About Popularity.

There is a notion about popularity that includes other less appropriate adjectives, better, right, best, important. Popularity does not mean something is the best, or most important, it simply means it is the most liked.  By the largest number of people ( often is a loud...

Nice to see so many people,

happy to just be themselves, and not worry about being judged. It's refreshing to see! I mean........how boring would life and people be if we all followed the ideologies forced upon us by politics and the media? Trying to be popular involves following a set criteria, created by...

I have never wanted to be popular

or well known. I remember in high school I would go to the library to avoid human interaction. I'd rather be buried in a book than to subject myself to the masses of people.

Yes, we do get influenced by "wannabe" group.

This group exists and tries to overshadow us in every phase of life. School, High School, Office, Neighborhood, it's every where. Reason, for being part of it is due to the "popularity" quotient. For me, it was quite prominent thing. But, gradually it lost it charm as i started...

    Yet still.... I sometimes wonder

where I'd rank in one. I've always been sort of snotty about "the pretty people" mostly cause I just was never part of that crowd I guess.

I find it amusing how some kids at school try

sooooo hard to be known as popular or cool. They do some of the most ridiculous of things. Being rude and disrespectful. *face palm* I mean you could go around doing whatever you want but don't involve me and you also look ridiculous involving others. "Be yourself" actually...

I honestly think there is a major difference in

being popular and being well liked. From my side of life I've found that being popular takes hard work and a willingness to lie, cheat be dishonest, tell people what they want to hear and be very willing to turn your back on your best friend when they begin to adversely...

Some airheads in my school decided it would be

If you get to know someone out of some

I don't know the outline for a 'popular group' in school, but it's dumb. I have no respect for the ***** who wear pounds of makeup to school and talk about other people. Nobody wants to be your friend. You'll be alone in the real world. I have my friends and that's all that...

I didn't need it as a teenager, and I don't need it as an adult! I got everyone that I need. If you wanna be friends, sure, lets be friends. If you don't, I'm sure there is no loss with that!
