    Yes I Am This Childish

I am starting to get so annoyed and provoked with religious attitudes/talk, I sometimes feel like screaming at my sister, she just really provokes me with her attitude, the thing that provokes me THE MOST is that she doesn't keep her beliefs and type of thinking to herself, she...

    Not Anymore

I think this is one of the hardest changes of my life. I have always been religious, and perhaps that is what helped me get through the hard times in my life. Maybe that is what I needed. But there are a few things, that at the time, I didn't, or perhaps wouldn't consider. Maybe...

And I Am Much More Happier Now

I often wonder why some people who were brought up in religious homes either stop believing, or continue to. I think it is impart the level of indoctrination and the person's personality. I was brought up in a home where my mother was Catholic. My dad was agnostic. He didn't...

    I find religions interesting

and all but honestly, I'm not sure I can be in one. I just can't... Believe that strongly... Especially when I can see the faults with them. What humanity's past touch has done to corrupt them. If teachings as such has such consequences, then they're no longer thing that came...

    Religion Vs. Principles

Belief does not equal Religion, and vise versa. The religion my parents had brought to my personality only a few principles that society is based on, but not the belief in the religion. As I grew older, and saw and sampled more, I came to the conclusion that many religions at a...

Spirituality Does Not Equal Organized Religion

I consider myself a spiritual person actively engaged in improving my relationship with my higher power.  However, I do not feel the need of a 3rd party's help.  My view of organized religion, ALL organized religion, is that it combines the worst aspects of superstition...

    I was loosely raised Catholic

but I think religion closes minds rather than frees them. I believe religion is a fabrication by humans to rationalize existence and the unknown. I believe that religion is a detriment to society as a whole and the idea of God (made up by people) divides us. I believe that...

If You Want To Be Religious, Enter Not The Gate Of Any Organised Religions.

If you want to be religious, enter not the gate of any organised religions. They do a hundred times more evil than good, because they stop the growth of each one's individual development. Study everything, but keep your own seat firm. If you take my advice, do not put your neck...

    I am not into religion.

I believe one can find peace within themselves and you can be a good person without going to church. It's complicated because my husband does go to church every Sunday with the kids. He learned to respect my decision of not going.

    We're Not All the Same.

I feel that religion causes problems. Too much hate and waring over it. I think it's unnecessary because if you have faith thats all that matters. But not everyone has faith, and you should just accept that everyones different.

I do however follow the virtues of Norse paganism. It's in a man way, badass. But it is a pretty neat way to view life but it's not for everyone.

    I do have religious friends,

however I'm not nor will I be one. I have no problem being friends with religious people. When other side is flipped ones still with me are true. That's painful to see how some people don't accept each other. I just don't like religion pushed on me.
