    I think about it sometimes - depending on my

    mood and what I'm doing - I will just start thinking of ways to do it... For example if I'm walking on the bridge I'll look over the edge and fantasize about jumping. I don't believe I'd ever actually do it but I do think about it.

    I often wrap belts around my neck not to die

    but to see that side of death.. The part where you just want to breath again and know about what lies ahead... Which isn't death 😶

    Life Is For the Living... Apparantly

    But I'm so excited!!!

    ! I haven't had them in a few months. It feels like it has been forever and I'm so happy. There may be a few here and there, but it isn't persistent. Life sucks, but is awesome!

    Half in half for me. Sometimes I'm fairly well

    and other times the BS is overwhelming. I think about how'd it'd be so much easier to take myself out of the equation, never to return. No explanations, no fretting, no people on my back, no nothing. Swift and clean without ever having to see anyone again. It just seems so easy...
