    I have to confess to not being particularly

    overweight but for me an extra half a stone and I just feel bloated. So back on the 5:2 eating plan. Started the day with a whole grapefruit and black coffee. Think it will be porridge for lunch and something fishy for dinner.

    ugh don't you hated this right now?

    I won't be able to enjoy Christmas :( can't have like 90% of the food. can't have hot chocolate, can't have cookies, can't have eggnog. I'm not excited for Christmas this year. I just keep telling myself that it will be worth it once I lose the weight but I'm having doubts.

    I was trying a paleo diet

    Starting today I am on a 21 day diet challenge.

    I woke up thinking I'm gonna have pancakes!

    I am always hungry and rarely full.

    A meal of one thousand calories plus is usually the only thing that makes my stomach feel full even with 16 ounces of water chugged before hand. I'm fighting through it and my pants are falling off.

    I ordered a digital kitchen scale two days ago,
