    Starting today I am on a 21 day diet challenge.

    No junk food, candy, pasta, white bread, ice cream, etc.. I'm currently starving and it's 4:25 in the morning. Not eating until later and might go to Denny's to eat a apple and cranberry salad.

    Having just green tea

    I have to confess to not being particularly

    overweight but for me an extra half a stone and I just feel bloated. So back on the 5:2 eating plan. Started the day with a whole grapefruit and black coffee. Think it will be porridge for lunch and something fishy for dinner.

    I am trying this. lol How long would I be able

    I woke up thinking I'm gonna have pancakes!

    To hell with making good choices!! I do what I want. Chocolate chip pancakes, butter, syrup. Breakfast of motherfruckin queens is what. Took a smoke first. Reevaluated. I'm just gonna have a slim fast. So that's one good choice. Maybe I'll make a few more good ones today.
