    So, I'm forced to be in this healthy lifestyle

    class this semester and the lab is all exercising! We were supposed to do a number of planks, wall sits, running laps, and some other body weight stuff. Omg. I am miserably unfit. My blood pressure was up to 169/99 after some jogging and wall sit attempts. It was awful.
