    Yeah I Want 2 Lose It Now!

    Well This is my Plan Eat Pollo Al Vapor With Lettuce.. Drink alot of Water And Get on the Treadmill for a Half an Hour then another 30 Minutes Doing Sit ups and Push ups Not sure if this is good or not.. Advice Please!
